Twitter as customer service tool.
I read about the Comcast Cares guy a couple days ago. Apparently he no longer works at Comcast, however, the idea of being connected to your customers 24/7 is an exciting one. Certainly we will all be craving our me time but I find it amazing to have the ability to build personal relationships with our customers, whatever your business. That’s it.

As the social media platform grinds itself deeper into the fabric of business communication, my initial reaction to this shift leads me to try and redefine the game.
